Rushen Sentürk works as a founding partner and sales & project manager at a technology company focused on green and digital transformation projects.
Having started his journey in the field of digital transformation and technology at a technical high school, Sentürk continued his education in this field in higher education and received a master's degree with his thesis on “Big Data and Value Added Relationships” and has articles related to Digital Transformation, Cultural Transformation and productivity.
Throughout his career, he has worked in the field of industrial technologies in international companies, working as a manager in critical projects such as machine automation, CNC technologies, production line optimization, facility management and production efficiency. He has participated in many projects with international teams on digitalization and energy efficiency in production processes.
In the company he is the founding partner of, he carries out data collection infrastructure projects aimed at increasing production efficiency and providing energy optimization in order to support digital transformation and sustainability goals in production companies; he develops innovative digital transformation infrastructure solutions for machines and facilities.
Having the titles of DDX Digital Transformation Consultant and Sustainability Expert, Sentürk aims to increase the awareness of green and digital transformation in enterprises and operates as one of the pioneers of cultural change studies in our country as a founding member of the Digital Transformation and Sustainability Association (DDSDER).
