Biography
He was born in Bakırköy/ISTANBUL in 1973. Graduate of the Master's Degree in Business Administration,
(Master's Thesis Topic: The Effects of Iso 9001 Quality Management System on the Performance of Çukurova SMEs)
Since 1995, I have gained extensive experience working in department directorates and general directorate positions in different sectors. Iğde Management Consultancy Ltd, of which I have been the founder since 2013. Şti. with it, I guide businesses in digital, lean and sustainable transformation processes.
As an entrepreneurship trainer, I have been involved in the establishment process of many businesses for 15 years. Strategic planning, ERP Dec/MRP system installation, digital transformation projects, production management, supply chain, productivity analysis and lean manufacturing applications are among my main areas of expertise. In addition, I offer comprehensive solutions to enterprises in investment incentive processes, financial analysis, human resources and marketing management.
Understanding the unique needs of each business and designing projects in this direction is one of my strongest aspects. My competence in systematic analysis, data-based decision-making and developing strategic solutions for the specific needs of enterprises provides a strong roadmap for businesses aiming for sustainable growth.
