Biography
Tuba Ünlü, an Industrial Engineer, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and also continues her undergraduate education in Management Information Systems. he has been a senior manager in different international sectors for 30 years. ( Mink Tekstil, Maxion Wheels, Cementir Holding Cementaş Group, Kanat Boya).
He ended his professional business life, which started with quality engineering, with the position of Assistant General Manager in 2022 and decided to continue his business life as a Management Consultant at Tempus Engineering Consultancy, of which he is the founder. It continues to work on the design and continuity of issues such as efficiency, cost improvement, technological investments and sustainability by putting the human element at the forefront.
Besides his professional business life, he has been working for non-governmental organizations since 2007, Mentoring and Coaching them, especially for the development of young people. Believing in the power of continuous education and development, TUBA ÜNLÜ has adopted working for the development of both companies and individuals, thus society and the country, as a principle.
