Ilhan Avci, born in Bulgaria in 1983, graduated from the Industrial Engineering department of Balıkesir University in 2007 after completing his elementary and high school education in Bursa.
Throughout his career, he has worked in various positions in the automotive sub-industry, heating-cooling, software, textile and furniture sectors, gaining a deep knowledge in different fields during this process. By specializing in process management, production management, production planning, lean production and digital transformation, he has provided efficiency and innovation-oriented solutions to enterprises.
In 2023, he successfully completed the DDX Digital Transformation Consultancy Program conducted by TÜBITAK TÜSSIDE and received the title of DDX Digital Transformation Consultant. In the same year, he was authorized by KOSGEB as a Lean Transformation Consultant.
Ilhan Avcı, who founded her own consulting company in 2024, continues to lead the digitalization and lean transformation processes of companies with her extensive sector experience and technical knowledge.
